I grew up in Wheat Ridge and graduated from Wheat Ridge High School in 1981.  For the next 20 years I was a teacher and musician.  I began appraising in the Denver Metropolitan area in August, 2001.  In 2003 I began to focus my appraisal business on Credit Unions, and have almost exclusively appraised for credit unions and credit union service providers since then.
